Refund policy
All our items have a 14 Day Limited Return Policy from when item was delivered. Return policy is only available to US Residents.
Please read our return policy carefully. By starting a return for your order, you agree to the following:
- Buyer is responsible for original and all return shipping and handling costs.
- If an item is misrepresented or not working (applies to pickups and electronics) buyer is not responsible for original and return shipping costs and a shipping label will either be sent to buyer or return shipping will be refunded.
- If a pickup is not working, I need photo proof of pickup hooked up to multimeter for reading, photos can be emailed to bryan@uplanderguitars.net
- Item must be returned in its original unused condition (used items) and unopened condition (new items).
- Items must be shipped back with original packing materials included (bubble wrap and original box item came in) this applies to guitar cases, guitars, necks and bodies or I will charge a 10% restocking fee.
- All items will be inspected upon arrival that no modifications/damage are done to item before refund is issued.
- Buyer is responsible for purchasing insurance and properly packing item to ship back to you. We are not responsible for any damage or loss done on shipping to and from you.
- All items must be returned and shipped with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to one week from time of return delivered for refund to be issued.
Note: Refunds are only given on electronics and pickups if they are not working or nonfunctional. I will not accept returns on a pickup because you have installed it and don't like the sound of it in your guitar. Pickups and electronics must be returned in original condition (unsoldered.)
All items will be carefully inspected upon return prior to refund being issued. If I see item has been used and is different from photos in listing, refund will be denied and item will be returned to you at your own expense.
