Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By completing payment for an order, you agree to the following:

1. All our prices are firm and non negotiable, unless otherwise noted.
2. Our items prices are based on current selling prices on third party sites such as eBay and reverb.
3. If you see an item not listed here on my website that is listed under my store name on eBay and reverb, your more than welcome to purchase it through my website or via PayPal for a discounted price.
4. My prices listed here on my website for my Used items are lower than my asking prices on my Reverb and eBay stores because I am not paying the hefty third party selling fees when selling directly through my website.
5. If for any reason you made a purchase and need to cancel your order, I need to be notified within 24 hours. If it goes past the 24 Hour notice than I must charge a 15% re-stock fee as item has already been packed and shipping label printed.
