Shipping policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully. By completing payment for an order, you agree to the following:

  1. Items are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days.
  2. I offer Free shipping and handling on all items within USA! Cases are free UPS Ground shipping within Lower 48 States Only. All remaining USA buyers and PO Box addresses please choose standard shipping option at checkout for shipping price.
  3. All items are shipped with a tracking number and insurance unless otherwise noted.
  4. Items are typically shipped USPS or UPS Ground depending on your address (for larger items such as necks, bodies, cases and guitars).
  5. Items with a value of $300 or more, signature is required upon delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure you are home to sign for package.
  6. All items are carefully packed and shipped with care. Whether your purchasing a $10 item or a $10,000 item, I wrap each item with the same care as if I were purchasing it for myself and wanted it to be packed and shipped safely.
  7. Due to rise in shipping, all shipping is firm and nonnegotiable. I charge a flat fee for large items (necks, bodies, cases, etc) which includes my handling costs as well. This applies to US Shipments.
  8. Smaller items ranging from truss rod cover plates to pickups, etc. ship Free!
  9. International shipments a flat shipping and handling fee is added at time of checkout.
  10. Shipping and handling costs cover my cost of the proper packing materials: (packing tape, bubble peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes and ink for shipping labels printed).
  11. I am not held responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit.
  12. If for the unexpected reason an item gets damaged during shipment to you, I need to be contacted within 48 Hours No Exceptions! Also I need to see pictures of outside box (if damaged) and pictures of where item got damaged. Item must be returned to me in all original packaging materials and original box in order to get a full refund from me. I will open case through the local shipping company and handle the claim from there.
  13. Items lost or damaged upon delivery, I do not cover paid import duties or taxes on international shipments.
  14. If for any reason an item gets returned back to me (sender) due to incorrect shipping address, I will get in contact with you to arrange shipping costs to ship item back to you again with the correct address or issue refund with original shipping deducted.

International Shipment Policy:

  1. All international packages are marked as gift if available on customs forms.
  2. Buyer is responsible for finding out what and if any import duty taxes their country charges.
  3. Import duty taxes are to be paid for by the buyer.
  4. Due to current global pandemic, some cases international shipments are taking much longer than usual and can take up to a month sometimes longer.
  5. If an item becomes Non Deliverable due to import duty taxes not being paid or incorrect shipping address, I will charge a Re Stock fee of 15% (applies to International Shipments Only) and original shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
